110Km cycle, 30km run, 20km swim, climbing, and gym… one weeks excercise for a man who enters Triathlons and does challenges for Charity.
James McIntyre, swimming, cycling, running and kayaking, near a third of Ireland in 2 days, all in aid of Parkinson’s Disease.
James has been training and training, keep an eye out for him, as he sets out on this trek in a few months time.
This is a shot for his promotion of the amazing charity work he is doing.
